PERFORMANCE MACHINE SYSTEM of Ft Lauderdale FL has been named the North American Importer for Breton, S.p.A., the thirty-nine year old CNC stone working equipment manufacturer from Treviso, Italy.  Performance Machine Systems will handle the import, sale and distribution of Breton’s Contoursaw, Contourbreton, Goldenedge and Spiderbreton lines of profiling, cutting and sawing machines in the United States and Canada.

Performance Machine Systems will rely on over 10 years of import, sales and service experience with CNC machines.  They add Breton's Stone Tech line to their line of imported machines which includes Breton’s Machine Tool line of high speed, 5 axis CNC machine tools, Bolla traveling column CNC machines from Italy and AWEA CNC machines from Taiwan.  Breton's Contoursaw FR/NC, two machines in one, is both a contouring machine and a saw that can easily drill, contour and profile vanities, shower basins, kitchen counters, etc.  It is equipped with a Siemens 810D control and user-friendly, time-saving CAD-CAM software.  The Contourbreton NC 250/400 machines are specially engineered to work stone in the fastest most precise and economical manner obtainable by today’s technology.  Equipped with a continuous numerical control unit, the machines have a 810 Siemens CNC digital control.  The Goldenedge CTX makes perfect profiles easily with a single-spindle numerical control machine to cut flat or profile edges and upper and lower chamfers on granite, marble and engineering stone and ceramic machined materials.  A laser system checks the profile, diameter and length of tools and presets them.  The Spiderbreton FR/PC is a fast and versatile bridge saw utilizing diamond blades and laser tracers controlled by a personal computer.
