TILE SAWS INTO PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE ARENA - Boca Raton, FL
Q.E.P. Co., Inc. has engineered higher performance and more rugged durability into its line of tile saws, rounding out
this season with six configurations to accommodate the wide-ranging needs of ceramic tile and stone installers.
The perfect balance of precision and value, QEP’s 60007-7" Tile Saw is powered by an industrial-strength, high-speed grinder motor that provides effortless cutting for all types of materials. Basic 16" tile ripping and 11" tile diagonal cutting is powered by the 1/2HP, 4000 RPM motor and guided by chrome-plated steel rails for precise alignment along the 11" x 13-3/4" cutting table. The table rolls along easily on large nylon bearings and flips up for quick and easy cleaning of the water tray. The rugged plastic tray will not rust and keeps the whole assembly lightweight and portable. The 60007 is manufactured to ISO 9000 specs and comes equipped with a 7" continuous rim diamond blade, cutting guide and water pump. The 60007 is a semi-professional level tool, ideal for pros whose tile installation volume doesn't justify the investment in a top-of-the-line tile saw.
Serious accuracy and vibration-free cutting characterize the QEP 60009-7" Direct-Drive Tile Saw. The powerful 1/2HP, 3400 RPM direct-drive motor eliminates any shimmies or movement caused by motor slippage that can happen with belts and pulleys. Precise alignment for ripping 16" tile or diagonal cuts on 11" pieces is easy on the large cutting table, which rolls smoothly on nylon wheels and bearings. Its tough, fiberglass-impregnated polycarbonate water reservoir will not rust, and the continuous-feed water pump reduces dust while lubricating the blade. The 60009 package includes a 7" continuous rim diamond blade, cutting guide and water pump. The 60009 is a real value for professionals with a moderate cutting volume. Versatility and portability are the bywords for the 60085-7" Portable Tile Saw, a light duty tool available exclusively by QEP. Ideal for a wide variety of angled and linear cuts, the 60085 offers an adjustable 16-1/2" square cutting table with raised positions that can be set for 15°, 30°, 45° and 60° precision cuts. The high -output 1/3HP motor runs on 3.5 amps at an efficient 3400 RPM to make unlimited cut lengths. Fire-resistant plastic materials, an automatic thermal overload system protection, and water reservoir side overflow for proper water level ensure the safest possible operation. An adjustable linear guide enabling right or left hand use, along with overflow channels that return water to the reservoir, make the 60085 comfortable and convenient to use. The saw will accept 6" or 7" blades, and ships with a 7" continuous rim diamond blade, cutting guide and water pump.

Saw. A potent 2HP, dual-speed 1700/2850 RPM motor adjusts for all types of cuts, and automatic thermal overload
system protection ensures long saw life. Its rail assembly is permanently attached to the saw frame,
eliminating movement and its attendant adjustments for improved cutting precision. With a maximum cutting depth
of 3-3/4", the 60010 rips up to 14" and diagonally cuts 12" tile. This package comes complete with cutting
